We are looking for a talented and experienced UI or UX Designer to join our front-end web design and development team in Zagreb and begin an exciting and challenging career with Infobip.

You should have experience with all aspects of UI/UX design with a passion for creating amazing user experiences. You also should be able to put yourself in client’s shoes, ask yourself “What does this button do?” multiple times a day and make sure the button does not end Infobip as we know it. If you are silently judging the existing design we expect you to express your opinion in a form of an improvement. The last part of the challenge is to explain your ideas to developers in a clear way and make sure both of your expectations are aligned.

You will need to be a hands-on contributor in a fast-paced agile environment with the ability to identify alternative design strategies, assess design viability and rapidly execute user needs into a user interface design. You will also need to interact with developers during the implementation phases.

What will you do:

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site-maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of user-centric UI/UX experience
• Experience with mockup tools such as Sketch or Invision...
• Experience in creating wireframing, storyboards, user flows & process flows.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Attach your portfolio for references.
