Why is Marketing CRM Analyst important at Infobip?

Great B2B companies do not rely on hunches, but on actionable data. Infobip is a global company with a lot of data coming in from marketing, sales and other teams. That's where you come in - to properly gather and organize that data in the CRM, spot patterns, exceptions and best practices, and then communicate that to the rest of the marketing team (eg. PPC specialists, content creators).

Here's a use case - We are planning to start a campaign with a dedicated landing page on our website. There is a web form there, and leads are transferred to our CRM. How do you capture and organize that data? How will you check that data is coming in with no issues?

How will you analyze if our advertising (which led to the landing page) had a business impact (eg. Business opportunities)?

 

You know you’re doing a good job when you’re:

  • Understanding and managing the entire lead generation process
  • Creating reports and dashboards that have insights
  • Creating and evaluating a lead scoring model
  • Working with CRM team for setting up Salesforce to fit marketing needs
  • Working closely with Marketing Automation Specialist and Sales team to help out with lead nurturing process

More about you:

  • You've got at least 2 years of work experience in CRM/working with databases
  • You’re proficient in both written and oral English language
  • You’re enjoying working in an agile environment
  • You’re looking forward to collaborate with our global team 
  • You find pleasure in researching new ways of collecting and making sense of your data
  • You're already familiar with a CRM software in general, using Salesforce is a plus
  • You're proficient with Microsoft Excel
