Our People Operations team represents the backbone of Infobip’s growth and continuous success. Compensation and Benefits Specialists care about employee’s engagement by development and implementation of compensation and benefits philosophy across the globe and coordination of its implementation with various stakeholders.
You know you are doing a good job when:
- You are working with our Compensation and Benefits Team on development, implementation and improvement of planning, compensation, performance and rewards strategies.
- You are ensuring that company strategy and People Operations politics are alligned and compatible on a global level.
- You are ensuring various analyses, such as market competitor and internal analyses are carried out.
- You are actively working on job architecture, standardization and grading of new roles that are being introduced to the organization.
- You are maintaining accurate records and ensuring HRIS and analytics are developed to meet the needs for strategic workforce planning and salary forecasting, and working closely with other POP teams on development and alignment of HRIS and other tools.
- You are reviewing and maintaining salary systems in all departments and regions.
- You are managing and coordinating salary reviews with People Operations teams in different regions.
More about you:
- You have a B.Sc. degree (preferably in Economics or Social Sciences)
- You have at least 3 years of experience in related fields such as human resources, controlling or business analysis
- You are a profficient user of Excel (advanced knowledge)
- You have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- You have strong affinity for understanding stakeholders’ needs.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- You are a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and you are able to transfer knowledge in clear and precise manner.
