First impression is important! As the “face of the Infobip”, Office assistants are the first people who are welcoming our clients and candidates. They handle the day to day administration for an individual or a team. With their unique overview of the company, Office assistants are regularly called upon to provide various information – it's no exaggeration to say that an executive, manager or the whole company is only as good as their assistant.

 

You know you are doing a good job when:

  • You provide a warm welcome to our clients and candidates as they arrive and make sure that rooms are prepared for meetings.
  • You are accurate in filing and record-keeping systems, and with handling various documents and bill payments.
  • You keep track of office supplies by checking stock and know exactly when to order office material, fruit, coffee, etc.
  • You maintain office and kitchen clean, coordinate the cleaning services and stay in touch with the building manager in case there is a need for small repairs.
  • You coordinate all necessary repairs of equipment in the office area.
  • You forward information in a timely manner, answer telephone calls and e-mails, distribute mail and other materials and make sure that all documents are brought to the right addresses.

More about you:

  • You have 1 to 5 years' experience in handling the various day-to-day office situations under your belt.
  • You describe yourself as detail-oriented person.
  • You are not afraid to dig deeper and use your analytic approach to solve any logistic issues that may occur.
  • You speak fluently with colleagues, clients and partners alike, in Croatian and English.
  • You have an advanced level of knowledge in MS Office programs and you use Excel on daily basis.
  • You have excellent organizational skills.
