Getting started

After you have completed the prerequisites and enabled Conversations over API for your account, learn how to get started.

Here you will find the complete guide on how to set up the environment, create users and agents (opens in a new tab) (add roles for agents and supervisors), queues, and routing.

Make sure you have read through the section on Before getting started before proceeding with this section.

Product setup

Note that you cannot configure Conversations API yourself, you need to contact your dedicated account manager to set this up. After setting up Conversations API, you can create users and agents (add roles for agents and supervisors).

You can create and maintain queues (opens in a new tab) and routing (opens in a new tab) either via API or the web interface.
