Before getting started

Before you can get started with setting up Conversations over API per your preferences, there are some prerequisites that you need to complete first:

Create an Infobip account (opens in a new tab).
No credit card information is needed. Read our Service Terms and Conditions (opens in a new tab) and Privacy Notice (opens in a new tab) before you proceed.
Enable Conversations API for your account. To enable this solution, contact our Sales team (opens in a new tab) or your dedicated account manager.
Enable communication channels you want to use with Conversations API (note that Live Chat is available by default).
Configure senders.
