Notes
Use notes to inform your team about important details related to a customer conversation.
You can use the following methods to manage notes within your team:
- Create note (opens in a new tab) - Add a text note to a conversation. You can also attach files, which must be uploaded to the Infobip CDN before being referenced.
- Get note (opens in a new tab) and Get notes (opens in a new tab) - Retrieve a specific note or a paginated list of all notes associated with a specific conversation.
