Use notes to inform your team about important details related to a customer conversation.

You can use the following methods to manage notes within your team:

  • Create note - Add a text note to a conversation. You can also attach files, which must be uploaded to the Infobip CDN before being referenced.
  • Get note and Get notes - Retrieve a specific note or a paginated list of all notes associated with a specific conversation.
