Use notes to notify your team about important matters regarding a conversation with a customer.

You can use the methods below to better manage your notes among your team:

• Create Note – Create notes for your team. Add a text note and optionally add attachments, which you will first need to upload to our CDN.

• Get Notes - This method lets you obtain a list of all notes from a selected conversation with pagination options.
