Conversations

Conversations is Infobip's cloud contact center solution (CCaaS (opens in a new tab)) that enables customer engagement across various industry-standard channels. Accessible through both a web interface and HTTP API, our solution offers the following features:

People

People provides unified profile data, giving you deep insights into your customers and their needs. Each profile card, whether for individuals or companies, displays the customer journey stage, user activity, traits, tags, and audience segments.

Our data platform centralizes all customer information and seamlessly integrates with Infobip products and solutions. It continuously supplies relevant data to power behavior-based interactions, whether through contact center conversations or chatbot engagements, helping you create a meaningful customer journey.

Book a demo

This section shows how to book a demo for Conversations. Follow similar steps for Answers and Moments.

People is enabled in your account by default.

  1. Log on to the Infobip web interface (opens in a new tab).

  2. Do one of the following:

    • On the HomepageProducts section, go to Conversations and select Discover features.
    • In the menu on the left, select Conversations and select Discover features.
  3. On the Conversations page, select Book a meeting.

  4. Your use cases. Select one or more options that describe how you plan to use the product.

  5. Your channels: Choose one or more communication channels that you want to use. Only channels that are supported by the product are listed.

  6. Your goals: Describe your objectives, what you are working on, and how you want to use Conversations.

  7. Select Book a meeting.

  8. Select the date and time on which you want the demo.

  9. Fill in your information:

    • First and surname: Your first name and last name
    • Email: The email address at which you want Infobip to contact you regarding the demo.
    • Company name: Name of your company
    • Enter the email you used to sign up for Infobip platform

  10. Accept the privacy notice.

  11. Select Book.

A confirmation about the scheduled date for the demo is displayed. You will also get an email with the booking information. You can manage your booking, if required.
