Manage FAQ

Edit or delete FAQ entries

You can edit or delete individual question-and-answer pairs in the Preview FAQ tab.

  1. On the Infobip web interface, go to Knowledge BaseMultimedia FAQ.
  2. Select the FAQ you want to manage.
  3. In the Preview FAQ tab, find the entry you want to edit or delete.
  4. Select the required action:
    • Edit: Update the question, answer, or media content for the entry.
    • Delete: Remove the entry from the FAQ.

Replace or update the FAQ

To replace the entire FAQ or update multiple entries at once, upload a new .csv file.

  1. On the Infobip web interface, go to Knowledge BaseMultimedia FAQ.
  2. Select the FAQ you want to update.
  3. In the FAQ content tab, go to the Upload CSV file section.
  4. Upload the new .csv file.

The new file replaces the existing FAQ content.


Export and import

You can export the current .csv file, edit it, and re-upload it as needed.

Export the FAQ [#export-the-faq-export-and-import]

  1. In the FAQ content tab, select Export.
  2. The current FAQ is saved as a .csv file.

Import an updated FAQ [#import-an-updated-faq-export-and-import]

  1. Edit the exported .csv file as required.
  2. In the FAQ content tab, upload the edited file.
