Get started

This section explains how to get started using the Messages API.

1. Create an Infobip account.

2. Enable Messages API for your account. Contact your Infobip account manager to enable it.

3. Enable communications channels you want to use with Messages API.

4. Complete channel specific onboarding if needed.

Compliance and guidelines

Different channels have different compliance guidelines and requirements. Ensure that you have followed all compliance guidelines for your chosen communication channels:
