Your journey to becoming a Bipper:
What to expect when applying to Infobip
Applying for a new job is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming – especially when you don’t know what to expect. That’s why we’re here to bring clarity to the process.
At Infobip, we believe in transparency, fairness, and setting you up for success. Our hiring process is designed to give you the best possible experience while ensuring we find the right fit – both for you and for us.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to what happens after you hit “Apply.”

Resume review
No surprises here – just a thoughtful review of your application. Our recruiters and hiring manager look for a match, and if they see one, you’ll hear from us soon.
Initial interview
If your resume makes the cut, the next step is a ~30-minute conversation with one of our recruiters. This is a chance for us to get to know you better and hear more about your background, skills, and career aspirations. It’s also your opportunity to learn more about Infobip, the team, and the role. Feel free to ask us anything – we love engaged candidates!
Interview loop
At Infobip, our hiring process typically includes multiple interview rounds – each designed to give us a fuller picture of your skills and qualifications, problem-solving mindset, and how you align with our culture.
Depending on the role, you might encounter one or more of the following formats:
- An online or onsite interview to explore your work experience and expectations
- A technical interview or coding assignment
- A take-home task to solve a business case or role-specific challenge
- An interview focused on values and cultural alignment
Across these conversations, you may meet a variety of Bippers – from your future manager and team members to cross-functional stakeholders and our People Operations Business Partners, who support us in making objective, fair, and insightful hiring decisions.
It may look like a lot at first – but your recruiter will be there to guide you every step of the way and help you prepare so you can showcase your talent and experience for every round.
More clarity on what to expect at each stage will be visible on the job ad you apply for and communicated to you during the initial interview with the recruiter.
Hiring decision and offer
After your interview rounds are complete, our hiring team brings everything together – your application, your conversations, and the impressions from each stage. Every part of the process is designed to provide different perspectives on your experience, skills, and potential fit. By combining those insights, we aim to make the most objective and thoughtful decision for Infobip.
If we decide you’re the right fit for the role and qualify, your recruiter will reach out with a verbal offer and walk you through the details. After that, you’ll receive your official offer via our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Keeping you in the loop
We know that waiting can be the hardest part. That’s why our recruiters will keep you updated throughout the process. If there’s ever a delay, you’ll hear from us – so you’re never left wondering.
While many factors go into a hiring decision, our goal is to keep things efficient. Sometimes, market dynamics can affect timelines – but no matter what, your recruiter will keep the lines of communication open, so you always know where you stand.
