Instagram Posts over Conversations

To enable Instagram Posts over Conversations, contact your dedicated account nanager or contact our Sales team using the Infobip Contact form (opens in a new tab).

In Conversations, navigate to All Work → Instagram Posts to view a list of conversations.

To view a list of conversations that are assigned to you, go to My Work.

You can assign conversations to yourself or to another agent.

Note

Every new comment from the end user in Instagram Posts is treated as a new conversation.
