Instagram Posts over Conversations
To enable Instagram Posts over Conversations, contact your dedicated account nanager or contact our Sales team using the Infobip Contact form.
View conversations [#view-conversations-instagram-posts-over-conversations]
In Conversations, navigate to All Work → Instagram Posts to view a list of conversations.
To view a list of conversations that are assigned to you, go to My Work.
Assign conversations [#assign-conversations-instagram-posts-over-conversations]
You can assign conversations to yourself or to another agent.
Note
Every new comment from the end user in Instagram Posts is treated as a new conversation.
