Before Getting Started
The Infobip customer data platform shares information with our customer engagement solutions. Create an account, select the ones you need, and you get full access to People!
Once you are on the Infobip web interface:

Browse through the product onboarding page for more information. There are two options available: get the product you want or start a free trial.

When you have set up everything, click the People module on the left side navigation bar. On the onboarding page, you can learn how to do the following:
- Import profiles
- Update profiles
- Use events (customer activity) for relevant communication
- Analyze communication
If you are not using any of our customer engagements solutions, People is available with channels, but without events.
All existing users already have access to People and the guide is available to them in the navigation menu, at the top of the page.
Free Trial
During the free trial, import as many profiles as you like, but the individual products have their own limitations as to how you can use this information. Check out the following articles for additional per-product instructions:
