Infobip Experiences is a self-serve, conversational cloud solution that enables you to customize and deploy artificial intelligence (AI) assistants for end users. An AI assistant is an AI chatbot that end users can interact with to perform tasks such as getting answers to FAQ and organizing meetings.

The following image shows an overview of how you can create and use an assistant.
Follow these steps to create and use an assistant.
- Create an assistant. The assistant contains default tasks such as AI support and agent transfer.
- (Optional) Configure additional settings.
- (Optional) Add more tasks if required.
- (Optional) Simulate the assistant in Experiences to identify any changes that you might need to make.
- Activate the assistant.
- (Optional) Test the assistant on your device to identify any changes that you might need to make.
- Launch the assistant for end users.
- (Optional) View analytics for the assistant.
Concepts
Task
A task performs a specific function. Example: The AI support task is for answering FAQ and the Meeting organizer task is for booking appointments.
You can add multiple tasks to your assistant. So, end users can connect with your assistant to perform multiple tasks within the same conversation.
Some tasks are integrated with external applications. Example: The Meeting organizer task uses Google calendar.

You must have an Infobip account to use Experiences. If you do not have an Infobip account, sign up for an account.
Free trial
Your 30-day free trial of Experiences starts when you complete the onboarding, that is, you complete all the steps in the Create an assistant section.
The free trial includes the Conversations product.
