Orchestrate multi-channel journeys
Use Journeys to design automated flows that send messages across 11 channels. Trigger journeys from customer behavior, profile changes, inbound messages, scheduled dates, or external API calls.
Build automated conversations
Use Chatbots to create dialog-based flows that guide customers through support, onboarding, or sales interactions without human intervention.
Personalize at scale
Use customer profile data, attributes, and real-time events from Customer Profiles to personalize messages and chatbot responses for each individual.
Hand off to human agents
Transfer journey participants and chatbot conversations to live agents through Inbox when customers need additional support.
