Add an element to the journey

1. Select the arrow next to an existing element.

   If the element contains branches, select the arrow next to the branch where you want to add the next element.

2. Select the required element from the list. For details about each element type, see Journey elements.

You can also search for elements. The selected element appears on the canvas.

Edit or configure an element

To configure an element:

1. Select the element on the canvas.
2. Use the Build side panel to modify the element settings.

Move elements

Move a single element

1. Select an element.
2. Drag it to the new position on the canvas.

Move multiple elements

1. Enable Enhanced controls.
2. Select the required elements.
3. Drag the selected elements to move them together.

Duplicate an element

To duplicate an element:

1. Select the element.
2. Select the Duplicate icon above the element.

Delete elements

Delete a single element

1. Select an element.
2. Select the Delete icon above the element.

Delete multiple elements

1. Enable Enhanced controls.
2. Select the required elements.
3. Select the Delete icon above the elements.

Add a new entry point

When you create a journey, it includes the entry point you selected during creation.

To add additional entry points:

1. Select Add entry point.
2. Select the required entry type. For details about each entry type, see Entry points and exit.
