Journeys is a visual, no-code solution within Automation Studio for designing and automating multi-channel customer communication flows.

Use Journeys to design, automate, and personalize customer communication across every channel: from personalized messaging and behavior-based triggers to multi-channel automation, all on a drag-and-drop canvas.

NOTE

When you sign up for Journeys, you automatically get access to Customer Profiles, the Infobip customer data platform, where customer profiles, attributes, and events are stored and managed.


Before you begin

Before building journeys, configure your account settings and user access. For more information, see:

Next, enable the communication channels that you plan to use and import customer data into the Customer Profiles platform. Person profiles and events stored in Customer Profiles provide the data used in Journeys.

  • Add customer profiles and events to Customer Profiles.
  • Define what customer actions trigger a journey using Events.

Key capabilities

Visual builder

Design journeys on a drag-and-drop canvas without writing code. Add elements, connect steps, and configure each node visually.

Flexible entry points

Trigger journeys from profile changes, real-time events, inbound messages, scheduled dates, external API calls, or SFTP imports.

Behavior-based communication

Branch the journey based on customer actions. Use wait-for-event elements to pause and react to responses, purchases, or profile updates.

Send-time optimization

Automatically send messages at the time each customer is most likely to engage, based on historical behavior.

Advanced analytics

Access standard and custom dashboards, funnel analytics, A/B test results, and channel-level performance metrics.

Journey versioning

Update active journeys while maintaining version history. Compare or roll back versions without interrupting participants already in progress.


AgentOS integration


Available channels

Journeys supports 11 communication channels. Combine them freely within a single journey to reach customers on their preferred platforms.

NOTE

Available channels depend on which channels are enabled in your Infobip account. Contact your account manager to enable additional channels.
