Manage connection

To manage and configure your Viber connection, login to the Infobip web interface. Go to Channels and Numbers > Channels > Viber for Business.

Manage senders

Open the Senders tab to see your list of senders. If you have not set up any additional senders since setup, you will only see the Infobip sandbox text sender and your own sender which you provided during setup.

You can add additional senders using the Request option. You will receive an email with the details required to do so.

Update communication type

To modify the communication type (one-way, two-way), contact your Infobip Account Manager.
