RCS reports and insights
You can obtain reports through Broadcast, Answers, Conversations, Moments, and API. Use status delivery and message seen reports to identify when messages are sent, delivered, and seen. Track the end user's reaction to your message to gain actionable insights.
For billing transparency and conversation tracking, RCS webhooks include trafficType, interactionType, and conversation fields that identify the billing classification and session details for each message. See Billing transparency in webhooks and Tracking billing with webhooks for details.
