Deliverability services ensure that your email campaigns are configured correctly, monitored continuously, and adjusted when issues arise. These services help you achieve consistent inbox placement, protect sender reputation, and improve overall campaign performance.
Key aspects include:
- Settings and warmup plans are adjusted per use case and domain to improve email deliverability.
- Email sending is monitored daily, with reports that enable quick identification and resolution of issues that could affect your reputation.
- Processing and delivery are supported by a scalable infrastructure with multiple data centers across regions to handle traffic growth.
- Delivery rates and user events, both overall and per campaign, are available in the dashboard and detailed reports.
Deliverability packages
Infobip offers a range of deliverability packages designed to support you at every stage of your messaging journey, from initial setup to ongoing optimization. These packages are tailored to ensure high deliverability rates, effective campaign performance, and proactive issue resolution.
There are three types of packages:
- Guided launch (one-time): Includes sessions with solution engineers, a custom IP and domain warmup plan, Infobip web interface training, deliverability best practices, and campaign strategy recommendations.
- Deliverability launch (one-time): Covers everything in the Guided launch, with the addition of weekly performance analysis during the initial warmup and up to two monthly performance syncs within the first two months.
- Ongoing optimization (recommended): Provides long-term deliverability support, including monthly metrics analysis reports, quarterly performance reviews, content template analysis and improvements, up to three dedicated IPs, ongoing support, proactive alerting, reputation and recovery support, and two custom alerting mechanisms.
