Your job responsibilities:

  • Managing clients relations exceptional customer care ensuring high quality service.
  • Managing clients documents flow (invoices, contracts, etc), working with statistics, payments, etc
  • Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and engaging in cross-selling/up-selling activities.
  • Serving as your clients' internal consultant to recommend the best way to utilise our products and solutions to improve their business;

More about you:

  • You have 2 years of professional experience in Sales or Client relations management 
  • You have a bachelor's Degree
  • You speak fluently Russian, your English is intermediate level.
  • You have exceptional professional communication skills.
  • You also have strong analytical and organisational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.
