Your job responsibilities:
- Managing clients relations exceptional customer care ensuring high quality service.
- Managing clients documents flow (invoices, contracts, etc), working with statistics, payments, etc
- Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and engaging in cross-selling/up-selling activities.
- Serving as your clients' internal consultant to recommend the best way to utilise our products and solutions to improve their business;
More about you:
- You have 2 years of professional experience in Sales or Client relations management
- You have a bachelor's Degree
- You speak fluently Russian, your English is intermediate level.
- You have exceptional professional communication skills.
- You also have strong analytical and organisational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.
