This additional form of identity verification introduces a second credential, a unique verification PIN delivered via SMS which ensures your account is never compromised.
To enable 2FA on your account, simply login to the Portal and:
- Go to MY ACCOUNT option
- Click “ON” next to 2-Factor Authentication option
- Choose one of two mentioned 2FA options
This chooses whether you’d like to perform 2FA each time when you’re logging into the Portal or our system can remember verified devices and send the verification SMS or voice message only once.
