Juniper Research has ranked Infobip as the number one CPaaS provider amongst 19 vendors, exceeding all its competitors in its capacity and capabilities, making us a leader in the CPaaS category.
Juniper awarded Infobip the highest ranking for its size of operations in the mobile communications sector, its geographical reach, and the breadth of CPaaS technologies it supports.
According to the report, Infobip’s global presence had been strengthened by acquisitions such as OpenMarket and Peerless Network in the USA. Alongside partnerships across the globe, and Infobip’s support of regionally focussed apps, these factors underline Infobip’s offering of a truly global messaging service.
Juniper’s report also noted the growth potential of Infobip’s strategy to expand its B2D (Business to Developer) capabilities, as demonstrated by its acquisition of Shift Conference and Netokracija.

For the first time, tech analyst Juniper Research has recognized Infobip as a leader in the market for Contact Center-as-a-Service or CCaaS.
Juniper Research has rated Infobip, the global cloud communications platform, as an “Established Leader” in the CCaaS category. Noting our broad range of services and capabilities, it states that Infobip has the foundations to provide a strong omnichannel experience.

Infobip’s acquisition of Peerless Network will boost its presence in the US market and add complementary voice services to its portfolio, according to Raul Castanon-Martinez from 451 Research. The industry analyst firm sees the deal as further cementing Infobip’s position as a leading CPaaS provider. 451 Research forecasts total CPaaS market revenues to grow at a CAGR of 28% over the next five years.

Infobip is positioned as an Established Leader, well ahead of the other 19 vendors in the report. The report assesses mobile messaging providers based on 11 criteria, including Market Presence; Innovation; Sophistication of Messaging Platforms; Extent and Breadth of Partnerships; and Future Business Prospects.
Juniper highlights that Infobip’s plans to target developers, as evidenced by its acquisition of Shift Conference, offer an opportunity to boost the visibility of its solutions. Infobip’s purchase of OpenMarket will also help to strengthen its position in North America, a key mobile messaging market. Juniper forecasts that total mobile messaging revenue in North America will grow from $52.5 billion in 2020, to $63.7 billion in 2025.
