Juniper Research ranks Infobip as the Established Leader for CCaaS

For the first time, tech analyst Juniper Research has recognized Infobip as a leader in the market for Contact Center-as-a-Service or CCaaS.

Juniper Research has rated Infobip, the global cloud communications platform, as an “Established Leader” in the CCaaS category. Noting our broad range of services and capabilities, it states that Infobip has the foundations to provide a strong omnichannel experience.

Juniper Research praised our digital-first contact center solution Conversations, stating it is “designed to improve customer and agent experience through seamless omnichannel interactions.”

What’s more, Juniper Research notes that our contact center enables agents to manage interactions over multiple channels without needing to switch between applications. Moreover, as our platform provides the entire conversation history, we can match customers to the same or right agents for future interactions, helping increase productivity, states Juniper Research.
