Lead the communications revolution with Infobip Partner Connect
Infobip’s Partner Connect Program gives agencies, systems integrators, ISVs, and telcos a dedicated track, tailored support, and the global infrastructure to grow. Here’s everything you need to know about the newly evolved program.
Every brand or client you work with is racing to do the same thing: reach customers at the right moment, on the right channel, with the right message. The businesses that get there first will win. The partners who help them get there will grow.
The demand for conversational customer experiences is not a trend. It’s a structural shift. And Infobip’s Partner Connect Program is built for the organizations leading it.
Whether you’re a digital marketing agency adding recurring engagement services to your portfolio, a systems integrator embedding communications into enterprise platforms, an ISV differentiating your product with native messaging and AI, or a telco ready to transform from connectivity provider to customer experience enabler, Partner Connect gives you a dedicated track, tailored products and solutions, and the global infrastructure to grow.
No one-size-fits-all requirements. No minimum revenue gates or mandatory certifications to join. Just a clear path from where you are to where you want to be, backed by one of the world’s most powerful communications platforms.
This blog walks you through what the program offers, who it’s built for, and how to get started.
What is Infobip Partner Connect?
Partner Connect is Infobip’s global partner program, designed to help agencies, integrators, software vendors, and telcos build profitable practices on top of Infobip’s communications platform.
The program has been rebuilt from the ground up. Where the previous program structure applied generic requirements across all partner types, Partner Connect 2026 works differently. It recognizes that a digital marketing agency and a systems integrator have completely different business models, revenue streams, and client relationships and structures the program accordingly.
We sat down with Veselin Vukovic, Chief Alliance Officer at Infobip to hear how the program has evolved from building the ecosystem to designing a program built for the long term. Here’s what he had to say.
The core mechanic is simple: partners earn reward points by completing activities relevant to their track. Points accumulate to unlock benefits and progress through membership tiers. There are no arbitrary revenue gates or mandatory certifications to join, just meaningful actions that reflect real partnership engagement. Progress is tracked via a membership dashboard on the partner portal, updated quarterly. You always know where you stand and what you need to do to level up.
The program will move from incentives and benefits tied to revenue, to incentives and benefits tied to engagement activities.

Built for four types of partners
Partner Connect recognizes that digital marketing agencies, system integrators, software vendors, and telcos each play a distinct role in the customer experience ecosystem. The program reflects that.
Each track comes with its own set of activities, benefit structures, and growth pathways designed around what you already do and where you want to go. Here’s a snapshot of each partner type and what the program delivers for them:
| Partner type | Core motion | Commercial outcome | What Infobip adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Digital Marketing Agencies | Deliver omnichannel CX strategies and campaigns for brands | Move from project fees to recurring managed service revenue | Omnichannel orchestration and AI automation that extends campaigns into always-on customer journeys |
| System Integrators | Embed communications into enterprise technology platforms | Larger, longer engagements with platform annuity revenue | Messaging, voice, authentication, and AI that sit directly inside the enterprise architecture you built |
| Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) | Integrate messaging and AI natively into software solutions | Usage-based monetization and higher product stickiness | APIs and SDKs to embed real-time communications without building the infrastructure yourself |
| Telcos | Co-create CPaaS solutions for enterprise and SMB customers | New revenue streams across existing customer bases | A conversational product layer that turns existing network assets and customer relationships into a CPaaS business |
Digital marketing agencies
Digital marketing agencies sit at the intersection of brand strategy and customer execution. You run campaigns, manage CRM platforms, build content, and own digital channels for your clients. Partner Connect is designed to help you extend that value beyond the project and into ongoing engagement.
Who it’s for:
Agencies working in campaign management, CRM implementation, content creation, performance marketing, ecommerce optimization, marketing automation, and loyalty programs.
What changes when you add Infobip:
The typical agency engagement ends at a deliverable. Whether it’s a campaign going live, a CRM going live, or a retainer restarting, the engagement ends there. With Infobip, you can extend each engagement into the customer lifecycle.
By layering omnichannel orchestration and AI automation into what you already deliver, you shift from execution partner to lifecycle owner.
- A CRM implementation becomes a customer engagement system: WhatsApp automation, AI follow-ups, and real-time triggers built directly into the platform you configured
- A campaign management retainer becomes a recurring journey engine: SMS, RCS, and push extending campaigns beyond the click into two-way conversations
- A content brief becomes interactive, measurable: conversational WhatsApp flows and AI chatbot scripts with direct revenue attribution
- A website build becomes a live engagement surface: embedded live chat, web push, and WhatsApp entry points from day one
What you unlock:
- High-margin recurring engagement services
- Increased client lifetime value across your portfolio
- Co-marketing funds and joint campaign opportunities at Gold and Platinum tiers
System Integrators
Systems integrators connect enterprise technology to business outcomes. You implement the platforms that run complex organizations such as CRMs, ERPs, contact centers, industry-specific systems. Partner Connect helps you go further, turning system delivery into experience delivery.
Who it’s for:
SIs working in enterprise CRM and ERP transformation (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle), industry digital transformation (banking, utilities, telco, public sector, healthcare), customer experience modernization, and vertical platform builds
What changes when you add Infobip:
A system deployment typically ends at go-live. With Infobip embedded, it becomes the starting point for ongoing customer engagement. Messaging, voice, authentication, and AI sit directly inside the enterprise architecture you built, allowing the system do more and making your engagement harder to exit.
Here are some real-life scenarios:
- An ERP or CRM implementation becomes customer interaction infrastructure: order updates, service notifications, and payment reminders flowing through the channels customers actually use
- A banking modernization project becomes a conversational banking platform: fraud alerts, secure authentication, and AI-powered service journeys alongside backend integration
- A contact center migration becomes a conversational CX transformation: omnichannel messaging, AI chatbots, and proactive notifications replacing ticket-based support.
What you unlock:
- A platform and services annuity revenue model alongside project fees
- Larger deal scope through communications and AI layers
- Professional services referrals from Infobip at Gold and Platinum tiers
Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
ISVs compete in markets where products are increasingly feature-equivalent. The partners who win are those whose products do something the rest can’t match. Embedding native, real-time customer engagement is one of the clearest ways to create that gap.
Who it’s for:
ISVs and platform builders across martech, commerce, service and support, AI and ML, fintech, healthcare, retail technology, travel and hospitality, and logistics..
What changes when you add Infobip:
Infobip’s APIs and SDKs let you embed messaging, voice, verification, and AI directly into your product without building the communications infrastructure yourself.
Your product gains capabilities that would take years and significant investment to build independently, backed by 800+ direct carrier connections and global compliance.
- A martech platform becomes a customer engagement orchestration engine: native WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, push, and voice alongside your existing campaign logic.
- A commerce platform becomes a conversational commerce experience: abandoned cart reminders, order updates, AI shopping assistants, and post-purchase loyalty all deployed in one place.
- A service platform becomes a real-time support experience: AI chatbots, proactive alerts, and hybrid human-plus-AI workflows inside your existing helpdesk flows
- A healthcare platform becomes a patient engagement system: secure messaging, appointment reminders, telehealth notifications, and AI-driven member journeys.
What you unlock:
- Usage-based messaging revenue alongside existing SaaS or licence revenue
- Higher product stickiness and reduced churn through embedded engagement
- Solution listings, co-selling with Infobip field sales, and product integration consulting at higher tiers
Telcos
For telcos, the communications opportunity is hiding in plain sight. You own the network. You have the enterprise and SMB customer relationships. What Partner Connect adds is the conversational product layer that turns those assets into a CPaaS revenue stream.
Who it’s for:
Mobile network operators and telecommunications providers serving enterprise and SMB customers who want to extend their core connectivity business into digital customer experience services.
What changes when you add Infobip:
Partnering with Infobip means co-creating solutions rather than competing or building from scratch. You leverage our platform to expand your product portfolio either as standalone CPaaS offerings or bundled with your existing services.
This enables you to deliver conversational marketing, commerce, and support experiences to your customer base. Here are som real-life scenarios:
- A CRM or an MNO with an enterprise client base becomes a conversational experience provider: omnichannel engagement services built on Infobip’s platform, sold through your existing relationships.
- An SMB marketplace becomes a digital CX storefront: ready-to-deploy messaging and automation solutions your SMB customers can activate without technical complexity.
- A connectivity-first business becomes a techco: digital services revenue growing alongside core traffic, with Infobip supporting every step of the go-to-market journey.
What you unlock:
- New CPaaS revenue streams across enterprise and SMB segments
- Co-marketing programs, year-end rebates, and SPIFF incentives for your salesforce
- Infobip sales and pre-sales support throughout the deal lifecycle

We provide localized support to help businesses empower their clients in real-time with always-on technical and sales assistance.
A network of strategic partners
We work alongside strategic partners including Adobe, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, HubSpot, and more – giving you a platform that slots into the enterprise technology ecosystems your clients already run. Â
Flexible ways to work together
Partner Connect is built around how you already go to market, giving you the flexibility to work in the way that suits your business. We offer flexible commercial models and delivery options structured around your business and clients, not our preferences.
- Sell with Infobip: You introduce, influence, or co-sell alongside Infobip. Infobip holds the end customer contract. You earn a revenue share for every deal you influence. This works well for partners who want to add Infobip to their recommendations without taking on direct commercial responsibility, common for agencies and consultancies early in their Infobip partnership.
- Sell through Infobip: You resell Infobip products and services directly to your clients, with partner pricing that improves as you progress through tiers. This works well for partners who want to own the customer relationship end-to-end and build a margin-rich practice on top of their platform.
Delivery is equally flexible:
- Infobip delivery:Â Infobip acts as an extension of your services team
- Co-delivery:Â We will work with you collaboratively on client projects
- Partner delivery:Â You lead delivery and we enable the technology platform
Partners will be able to open accounts, provision accounts, set up pricing, and use CPQ elements. They’ll have an AI assistant within the partner portal so they can really operate in an easier way with Infobip.

Certified partners can also be sub-contracted by Infobip for professional services delivery, a route to additional revenue for SIs and ISVs who invest in building deep platform expertise.

With a built-in global compliance engine, our partnership program ensures a secure and reliable platform that meets in-country regulations and operator requirements.
Three membership tiers structure the journey

- Gold (50-250 points):Â Dedicated Partner Manager, enhanced commercial discounts, co-marketing development funds (MDF), and a featured directory profile
- Platinum (250+ points):Â Premium commercial terms, strategic account planning, executive briefings and events, joint PR and case studies, and early access to Infobip innovations
How to become a partner?
Getting started with Partner Connect takes four steps.
- Apply and join: Submit your application through the Infobip partner portal. Once approved, you’ll be onboarded as a Silver member with immediate access to the partner portal, online enablement resources, and your published partner profile.
- Choose your track and complete foundation activities: Select the track that matches your business model. Complete your partner profile, map target accounts, enable your team to position the value of  Infobip solutions, and register your first qualified opportunities. These foundation activities are required to progress beyond Silver and unlock higher-tier benefits.
- Earn reward points and unlock benefits: Every activity you complete earns reward points across four categories: foundation, building capability, growth and GTM, and advocacy and engagement. Points are updated quarterly via your membership dashboard and determine your tier progression.
- Level up as you grow: Reaching 50 points moves you to Gold. Reaching 250 points moves you to Platinum. Each tier unlocks a more powerful set of commercial, technical, and go-to-market benefits – from enhanced discounts and dedicated Partner Manager support at Gold, to strategic account planning, executive briefings, and early access to Infobip innovations at Platinum.
