Answers usage is measured with Monthly Active Sessions (MAS). A single MAS is a session that starts when an end user's message is received. It is not limited by the number of messages exchanged. The session is considered closed when a specified number of minutes pass after the last message is sent, the end user is transferred to a human, or the Close session chatbot dialog is reached.
