Two decades of innovation

Founded in 2006 as a small startup in Vodnjan, Infobip has grown into Croatia’s first unicorn and one of the largest technology hubs in the region. The future is agent-to-agent communication

Infobip anticipates a fundamental shift in communication, with a gradual transition from the current application-to-person (A2P) model to an agent-to-user model, which is expected to evolve into fully autonomous agent-to-agent communication by 2030. Such a development will enable advanced personalization and autonomous interactions across multiple communication channels.
