Payment Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT – Ordered products or services are paid online with one of the credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.

1. Payment Methods and Security

Ordered products or services are paid online using one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa. All transactions are processed through Monri WebPay Payment Gateway, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider regulated by Visa and Mastercard

Rules. To ensure the security of your transactions, the confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured through the use of the latest version of TLS encryption. Payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption, preventing unauthorized access during transmission. SSL encryption enables secure data transfer and protects communication between the user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway. Additionally, Monri WebPay and financial institutions exchange data via a Virtual Private Network (VPN) that is also protected against unauthorized access. Credit card numbers are not stored by Infobip and are not accessible to unauthorized personnel.

2. Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our high standards and the applicable data protection laws. In order to process your payment, we collect only the data necessary to process your order, such as your name, billing address, email, and credit card details. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Moreover, we apply strict data minimization and purpose limitation principles to ensure your data is used only for the intended transaction, also we will not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or necessary for payment processing. We retain your data only as long as necessary for legal and accounting purposes, and we do not conduct any automated decision-making in relation to your payment data. All payment transactions are securely encrypted and handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. To the extent permitted by law, you have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion or portability of your personal data at any time. Also, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. You can contact us using our web form or by email to [email protected]. For more information about how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Notice.

Services are delivered digitally and are provisioned upon successful payment, in accordance with your agreement or selected service plan. In the event of any issues, our support team will work with you to resolve them promptly. All charges and fees are clearly communicated prior to payment. For billing questions, disputes, or refund inquiries, please contact our support team.

4. Currency and Conversion

All transactions are processed in BAM (Bosnia and Herzegovina Convertible Mark). If your card is issued in another currency, the final amount will be converted by your card issuer according to their exchange rate and any applicable fees. The operative currency for services is the currency of Infobip’s registered seat unless otherwise stated in your Business Proposal or invoice. In case of any discrepancy, the invoice currency shall prevail. You are responsible for all applicable bank or financial charges. Please ensure the full invoiced amount is received by Infobip after deductions.

5. Pricing, Credits, and Billing Terms

5.1 Pricing Updates

Any pricing changes for one or more destinations will be communicated via email and/or noted on our website. Changes are effective immediately unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Credit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient Chargeable Event credits for your usage. Charges are incurred for each Chargeable Event, regardless of whether delivery is successful. Infobip shall not be liable for disruptions caused by insufficient credit.

5.3 Prepaid Terms

You agree to pay all CLIENT Charges in advance. Credits must be pre-purchased for each month or agreed period. Each Chargeable Event reduces your available balance. Prepaid credits are valid for 12 months. All payments are non-refundable (“No refund, exchange only”), except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.5.4 Postpaid Terms If Infobip approves a postpaid model, monthly invoices will be issued by the 10th of each month for the previous month. Payment is due within 15 days, unless extended terms have been agreed. If you dispute any portion of an invoice in good faith, you must notify Infobip before the

payment due date, referencing specific logs. The parties will strive to resolve disputes within 30 days. Undisputed amounts must still be paid on time. Interest applies to late payments at either 1% monthly (12% annually) or the statutory rate in your jurisdiction—whichever is higher.

5.5 Credit Limits and Suspension

You may not exceed the Monthly Credit Limit or Total Credit Limit, both of which are determined by Infobip based on your financial and operational profile. If you exceed these limits, services may be suspended immediately. You may restore services by settling outstanding amounts. Limits can be adjusted with 7 days’ notice, and Infobip shall not unreasonably withhold approval of justified adjustments.

5.6 Deposit Requirement

Infobip may require a deposit prior to service activation, based on forecasted usage. This deposit may be adjusted by mutual agreement. Upon termination, any unused portion will be refunded after deducting unpaid amounts.
