Vodnjan, Croatia, 26 March 2025 – Global cloud communications platform Infobip has teamed up with Algar Telecom – IT and Telecom company from Algar Group – to enhance customer communication for Financial Management Control (FMC), a leading credit recovery and collection company. Leveraging Infobip’s Rich Communication Services (RCS) messaging delivered by Algar Telecom, this partnership enables FMC to increase customer engagement by providing more detailed, personalized messages, and with the sender’s guarantee of provenance.
